Meet the Dragon's Apprentice Team Behind This Community Project

Celebrate Harpenden. Support Local Talent. Make a Difference

Support Local Talent and Charity

This project is part of the inspiring Dragon’s Apprentice Challenge, where a team of five ambitious students, from Katherine Warington School, is aiming to turn £100 into £1,000 to support local charity Communities 1st. The team is supported throughout the project by an experienced local Business Mentor who helps them develop their ideas and business skills during the challenge.  In addition to the calendars, the team will be organising a number of fund raising initiatives between now and March (including local Bake and Sweet Sales too!).

Every calendar sold helps raise funds for the Communities 1st charity, with all proceeds supporting its 'Communities Thirst' Coffe Cart project.
